Veg Sandwich
Sandwich - easy to prepare in variety. Enjoy any time anywhere. Pack it for breakfast, lunch, office or school.

- Slices of Bread
- 2 Mediums sized potatoes boiled and sliced round
- 1 Medium sized beetroot boiled and sliced
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 1 medium sized onion sliced round
- 1 medium sized tomato sliced
- salted or unsalted butter
- chat masala
- black salt to taste
- Jeera powder roasted and crushed
- black pepper fresh grounded - optional
- tomato Sause or ketchup
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 1 green chili
Add coriander and mint leaves in a blender with green chili, salt, chat masala. Add some water if required.
Grind to make smooth paste.
Boil potatoes and beetroot. When cook slice thinly.
Trim the edges of bread. Butter evenly. apply coriander chutney.
Place all the vegies on the bread.
Add chat masala and black salt.
Cover it with other piece.
Slice in triangle and enjoy with ketchup or Sause.
