Ingredients
  

  • Slices of Bread
  • 2 Mediums sized potatoes boiled and sliced round
  • 1 Medium sized beetroot boiled and sliced
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 medium sized onion sliced round
  • 1 medium sized tomato sliced
  • salted or unsalted butter
  • chat masala
  • black salt to taste
  • Jeera powder roasted and crushed
  • black pepper fresh grounded - optional
  • tomato Sause or ketchup
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 1 green chili

Instructions
 

  • Add coriander and mint leaves in a blender with green chili, salt, chat masala. Add some water if required.
  • Grind to make smooth paste.
  • Boil potatoes and beetroot. When cook slice thinly.
  • Trim the edges of bread. Butter evenly. apply coriander chutney.
  • Place all the vegies on the bread.
  • Add chat masala and black salt.
  • Cover it with other piece.
  • Slice in triangle and enjoy with ketchup or Sause.
