- 1 medium onion
- 1 potato boiled
- ½ capsicum
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 carrot grated
- 100 gram paneer grated
- 4 cheese slices
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Salt or to taste
- a pinch Black pepper powder
- Tomato sauce as per taste
- 2 tbsp butter
Cut onion, capsicum and cucumber into thin pieces or slices.
Mix grated carrot and paneer. Add in mayonnaise.
Smear 4 bread slices with some tomato sauce.
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Place the veggies potato, capsicum, cucumber and onion on bread slices.
Top it with grated veggie mix in mayonnaise.
Place cheese slice.
Cover with another slice and grill with butter.
