Rinse tomatoes well and remove the stems.
Take a saucepan and add water enough to immerse the tomatoes
Put the saucepan on flame.
Add salt. bring the water to boil. Add tomatoes and put off the flame. Keep it for 20-30 minutes till lukewarm.
Now peel off the tomatoes and discard the eye part. Put it blender jar and make puree.
Make a smooth paste of corn flour with water.
Put butter in a pan and add bay leaf and saute.
Add garlic and saute on low flame
Add onion and saute till it becomes translucent.
Add tomato puree, add salt, water and pepper.
Let it come to boil keeping the flame low.
Add the courn flour paste into it. stir well and keep on 3-4 minutes. soup will start thicken
Add sugar and stir.
Add cream and simmer for a minute. and put the flame off.
Pour soup into bowl and garnish with bread and coriander leaves.
For bread : heat a frying pan. put the bread pieces in pan and roast the bread till brown and crisp from both sides.
