Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 cup Greek Yogurt (Hung Curd) and Chilled
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 10-12 Curry Leaves Kadi Patta
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter in a frying pan.
  • Add Onion and Tomatoes together and sauté.
  • Add Turmeric, salt and red chili. Mix well and sauté.
  • Put Kadi patta, mix well and let it cook for a while.
  • Add the cooked tadka to the chilled curd.
  • Garnish with Coriander leaves
