- 2 cup Greek Yogurt (Hung Curd) and Chilled
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 10-12 Curry Leaves Kadi Patta
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
Heat butter in a frying pan.
Add Onion and Tomatoes together and sauté.
Add Turmeric, salt and red chili. Mix well and sauté.
Put Kadi patta, mix well and let it cook for a while.
Add the cooked tadka to the chilled curd.
Garnish with Coriander leaves
