Penne Pasta
Penne translates to the word “pen”, and gets its name from its shape – a short cylinder-shaped pasta that has angled edges . The shape was inspired by a quill. Penne complements virtually every sauce and are exceptional when paired with a chunky sauce.

2 cups Pasta Penne or any Pasta 2 cups Capsicum green & yellow, sliced 1 medium Onions sliced thinly 2 tbsp Garlic finely chopped 3 tbsp Olives sliced 1 tsp Oregano 2 tsp chili flakes Red 2 tsp Lemon Juice Salt or to taste ½ Sugar or to taste 2 tbsp Olive oil 1 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
Cook pasta in boiling salted water as per package instructions, Drain them and set aside.
In a pan, heat some olive oil and garlic together, so that the garlic flavors the whole oil.
Add in the onions and sauté for 1 min.
Add in all the capsicum and sauté them for 2 to 3 mins on high flame.
Add in pasta and toss well in the oil.
Now add in the oregano and red chili flakes, salt, sugar and toss well.
Now add in olives and toss.
Squeeze some lemon juice and mix well.
Add in coriander leaves and toss well.
Serve hot with Garlic bread.
