Paneer Jalfrezi - The word 'jalfrezi' comes from the Bengali language 'jhal' means hot or spicy, and 'frezi' means suitable for a diet. Usually I use homemade fresh paneer it always tastes best.
Cut the veggies and paneer length wise and keep aside.
