- 2 cup Besan
- 1/2 cup ghee add if required
- 1 cup sugar powdered
- 4-5 green cardamoms - powdered
- 15-20 Raisin Kishmish
- 10-15 cashew
Take a kadai and add besan. Dry roast for 10 minutes stirring continuously.
Add ghee and stir.
Keep stirring and saute till very good smell of besan will start coming and color of the besan will start changing to golden.
Remove from the gas. Add powdered sugar while stirring continuously.
Mix besan and sugar well then add cardamom powder and kishmis and again mix well.
Now make a small or medium size ladoos out of the besan.
Place a piece of kaju on each ladoo.
