Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil (Ghee) or Clarified Butter or Mustard Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 inch Ginger chopped
  • 2 Green Chilies chopped
  • 4-5 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 Cauliflower florets Medium Size
  • 2 Potatoes diced medium size
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Garam Masala

For Masala Mixture

  • 4 tablespoon Water
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Degi Red Chilli Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Asafetida Hing
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin Powder

To Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add water, turmeric powder, chilli powder, Asafoetida, cumin powder and mix everything properly then keep aside.
  • In a Kadai heat ghee and add cumin seeds, ginger, green chilies, garlic and sauté for a few seconds then add the prepared masala mixture and sauté until the ghee starts separating.
  • Now add cauliflower, potatoes, sprinkle salt.
  • Sprinkle some water and mix everything properly.
  • Then cover and cook on low heat for 10-12 minutes checking in between so that it should burn.
  • Remove the lid and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and garam masala
  • Mix it well and switch off the gas, cover and keep aside for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve with roti, naan, chapati or parathas.
