6 मध्यम आकार के आलू
½ छोटा चम्मच जीरा
½ छोटा चम्मच काली मिर्च
1 छोटा चम्मच। नींबू का रस
नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 छोटा चम्मच। हरा धनिया सजाने के लिये
तलने के लिए तेल

हिंदी में निर्देश

मध्यम आकार के आलू को धो कर उबाल लीजिये, ठंडा करके छील लीजिये.
कढ़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये,
गरम तेल में आलू डाल कर हल्का ब्राउन होने तक तल कर प्लेट में निकाल लीजिये.
एक टेबल स्पून तेल रख कर अतिरिक्त तेल निकाल दीजिये.
तेल में जीरा डालिये, जीरा चटकने दीजिये,
आलू, नमक, काली मिर्च डाल कर आलू को 2-3 मिनिट तक भूनिये, फिर गैस बन्द कर दीजिये,
हरा धनिया और नींबू का रस डालकर अच्छी तरह मिला लें। स्वाद के अनुसार नमक, काली मिर्च और नींबू का रस मिला लें।
कुट्टू के आटे की रोटी के साथ गरमागरम परोसें।

Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes medium sized
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp. Coriander leaves to garnish
  • Refined Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Wash and boil medium sized potatoes, cool them, peel them.
  • Put oil in a pan and heat it,
  • Put potatoes in hot oil and fry till it becomes light brown and take it out in a plate.
  • Keeping one tablespoon of oil, remove the extra oil.
  • Put cumin seeds in oil, let the cumin seeds crackle,
  • Add potatoes, salt, black pepper and fry the potatoes for 2-3 minutes, then turn off the gas,
  • Add green coriander and lemon juice and mix well. Adjust salt, pepper and lemon juice according to taste.
  • Serve hot with kuttu ke atte ki roti.
