Dhania Chutney gluten-free and vegan, this quick and easy cilantro chutney pairs perfectly as a dipping sauce with Indian Snacks or any snack like veg sandwiches, fritters, patties, burgers, fries. Dhania or coriander or cilantro has a special place in every Indian hearts. From garnishing the vegetables to making fried rice, cutlets, momo chutney and in various other recipes coriander is used. It enhances the flavor.

Dhania Chutney is great to make ahead. You can freeze chutney for long time for a month or so. Try freezing your chutney in small batches using an ice tray to make for easy portions. Chutney can can prepared in multiple ways like with yogurt, onion, peanuts, tomatoes, mangoes, mint etc. I will make sure to share the other different varieties of cilantro chutney too.

2 हरी मिर्च
1 छोटा चम्मच नमक
1 नींबू का रस या अमचूर

मिश्रण के जार में पत्ते, मिर्च, नमक और नींबू का रस मिलाएं
इसे चिकना होने तक ब्लेंड करें। नमक और नींबू की कंसिस्टेंसी चैक करें और अपने स्वाद के अनुसार डालें। मिर्च के साथ भी अगर आप ज्यादा गर्म पसंद करते हैं तो और मिर्च डालें।
इसे एयरटाइट कंटेनर में स्टोर करें।
आप अदरक, जीरा (भुना और पिसा हुआ) भी मिला सकते हैं।

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 2 green chili
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lemon juice or amchur

Instructions
 

  • In the mixture blending jar add leaves, chilies, salt and lemon juice
  • Blend it until smooth. Check the salt and lemon consistency and add according to your taste. Same with chili if you like more hot then add more chilies.
  • Store it in airtight container.
  • You may add ginger, cumin seeds (roasted and grinded).
