500 ग्राम आलू
15-20 काली मिर्च कुटी हुई
1-2 हरी मिर्च कटी हुई
1/2 छोटा चम्मच मेथी दाना – मेथी दाना
1/2 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी / हल्दी पाउडर
2 बड़े चम्मच घी
1/2 छोटा चम्मच नींबू का रस या स्वादानुसार
नमक स्वादअनुसार
1/2 छोटा चम्मच चीनी
हरा धनिया बारीक कटा हुआ

हिंदी में निर्देश

आलू को अच्छे से धोकर गलने तक उबालें
छीलकर मोटा-मोटा तोड़ लें
कड़ाही या कड़ाही में घी गरम करें।
मेथी दाना, 1/2 छोटा चम्मच काली मिर्च और मिर्च डालें।
थोड़ा सा भूनें और आलू डालें और अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ।
धीमी आंच पर 2-3 मिनिट तक पकाएं, बीच-बीच में चलाते रहें
नमक और बाकी काली मिर्च स्वादानुसार डालें।
हल्दी पावडर डालकर मिलाएँ और 4-5 मिनिट तक पकाएँ

Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams Potatoes
  • 15 -20 pieces peppercorns crushed
  • 1-2 pieces green chili chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoon ghee
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Juice or to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Rinse well and boil potatoes till done
  • Peel and smash roughly
  • Heat ghee in a pan or kadai.
  • Add methi seeds, 1/2 teaspoon peppercorn and chili.
  • Saute a bit and add potatoes and mix well.
  • Cook for 2 -3 minutes on low flame stir in between
  • Add salt and rest of peppercorn according to taste.
  • Add turmeric powder and mix it and cook for 4-5 minutes
  • Add sugar and stir.
  • Add lemon juice. and stir
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
