Veg Grilled Sandwich  is quick and easy for anyone to make and can be eaten at breakfast or any time.

Vegetable Grilled Sandwich is something every kid would like. Sandwiches are frequently consumed as snacks either in the mornings or evenings. Add some vegetables along with some cheese and butter and let your kids enjoy some amazing sandwiches. This not only helps them with some vegetable intake, it also gives you the option to explore different types of vegetable sandwiches by exploring and adding different vegetables based on your preferences or items in your fridge. The idea of grilled bread, some butter and cheese, topped with vegetables is all you need.

If your packing the sandwich for tiffin do not add cucumber and tomato it turns soggy.
You can use any bread of your choice.
You can serve the sandwich without grilling.
Sprinkle sandwich masala or chaat masala on each layer.  
Use generous amount of cucumber, tomato and capsicum.
You can trim the sides of sandwich.
Add onions and potato if you like.
You may add mint-cilantro chutney on grilled sandwich.

Step By Step Instructions :

  1. Cut onion, capsicum and cucumber into thin pieces or slices.
  2. Mix grated carrot and paneer. Add in mayonnaise.
  3. Smear 4 bread slices with some tomato sauce.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  5. Place the veggies potato, capsicum, cucumber and onion on bread slices.
  6. Top it with grated veggie mix in mayonnaise.
  7. Place cheese slice.
  8. Cover with another slice and grill with butter.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 potato boiled
  • ½ capsicum
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 100 gram paneer grated
  • 4 cheese slices
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Salt or to taste
  • a pinch Black pepper powder
  • Tomato sauce as per taste
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
