Your choice of bread is also important for making a great sandwich. A whole-grain, dairy-free bread will add even more texture. Whatever bread you choose, it should be about 1/2-inch thick in order to not dry out when grilled.

Veg Sandwich
Ingredients
- Slices of Bread
- 2 Mediums sized potatoes boiled and sliced round
- 1 Medium sized beetroot boiled and sliced
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 1 medium sized onion sliced round
- 1 medium sized tomato sliced
- salted or unsalted butter
- chat masala
- black salt to taste
- Jeera powder roasted and crushed
- black pepper fresh grounded – optional
- tomato Sause or ketchup
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 1 green chili
Instructions
- Add coriander and mint leaves in a blender with green chili, salt, chat masala. Add some water if required.
- Grind to make smooth paste.
- Boil potatoes and beetroot. When cook slice thinly.
- Trim the edges of bread. Butter evenly. apply coriander chutney.
- Place all the vegies on the bread.
- Add chat masala and black salt.
- Cover it with other piece.
- Slice in triangle and enjoy with ketchup or Sause.
