You can either deep fry veg kabab or fry it on a tawa. Use any kind of green vegetable of your choice. In this recipe I have used green peas, green beans, and spinach and coriander leaves. Traditionally, when we talk about kabab, then meat kabab comes in mind, but vegetarians have created veg kabab for them. Now Hara Bhara kabab itself means something which green means full of leafy vegetables. Besan / Gram Flour can be replaced with flour Bread crumbs or corn flour

This Hara Bhara Kebab recipe is a restaurant-special recipe that makes for a delicious starter. Made with all the green and healthy veggies, kebab is not even pan-fried. Kabab is cooked in minimal oil on a tawa which makes it super healthy as well. First, a green puree is made with vegetables and then it is mixed with potatoes and besan for binding. You can also air-fry the kebabs to make them completely oil-free. Pair up these green kebabs with some chutney or any other dip of your choice and enjoy.
